Behind the bar is Danny, an Italian-Australian bartender with a clear vision: quality cocktails, with an independent vision, blending technique, creativity and Sicilian roots. Every drink tells a story – often with an unexpected twist, but always with its own identity.

Out front is Jess, Italian-American and the heart of the welcome. With her open smile and natural charisma, she takes care of every detail of the guest experience, creating a familiar, relaxed and authentic atmosphere. Together, Danny and Jess are the beating heart of Big Daddy’s: a close-knit couple who see the bar as an extension of their home.

Big Daddy’s began with us, but grew with the people who have shared a shift, a drink, a stage, a night or an idea over the years.
